This is our favorite take out restaurant. We eat here too often! Everything is wonderful especially the pad Thai and the super crunchy roll! Yumm

The food is good, for the area, but the service I received today was horrible. When I called to place my order I was put on hold for five minutes. It's a Friday night so I knew they were busy so I waited patiently. I was told my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I entered the restaurant 25 minutes after my order was placed and paid for my food and was advised it would take a few more minutes. 25 minutes later my food was still not ready. A gentleman who placed a large take-out order while I was waiting received his food within the 25 minutes I was waiting. A lady who had been waiting before me said she called her order in one hour ago. I approached the cashier because by this time I had been waiting for almost one hour. She told me it would be a few more minutes. This type of service is unacceptable. Be upfront with the wait times , be apologetic when you exceed the quoted times, provide better service. Will not eat here again.

Egg drop soup was delicious but not hot enough, tasted like it had been sitting around awhile. I was thinking of ordering my favorite Caterpillar roll, but our waitress suggested the Savannah roll which is almost the same thing just with spicy mayo. The rest of our group got their entrees and had almost finished eating before my sushi finally came out, and when it did I was not impressed. I think there were maybe 6 slices on the plate. Taste was bland, bland, bland. Almost like flour and cream cheese deep friend but with no seasoning at all. Our waitress was very nice though and drinks were always full. My sister had the sesame chicken and I had to steal a few bites, delicious.

Very crowded initially and with only one waitress service was slow but that one waitress was clearly giving her all - so we were impressed. Ordered a green dragon roll, Sunni roll, shrimp fried rice, and egg drop soup. All of which were delicious and appropriately sized portions. Our kids shared an order of sweet and sour chicken and really enjoyed it. The egg drop soup was not as hot as I would've liked but it was tasty. Only downfall is the lack of seating inside but we can easily call this place our favorite Asian restaurant in Richmond Hill.
